ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) - The Detroit Tigers have topped the Texas Rangers in a matchup of division leaders. Miguel Cabrera went 3 for 4, including a go-ahead double. Rick Porcello allowed one run in 5 2-3 innings in the 2-1 win. The Tigers remain tied with Cleveland, while Texas leads the West alone.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - If the Indiana Pacers clinch their playoff series against the New York Knicks tonight, they may have to do it without George Hill. Coach Frank Vogel is tweaking lineups and making adjustments in case Hill can't pass his concussion tests before tipoff. The Pacers lead the series 3 games to 2.
