Hundreds of marijuana supporters are flooding Landreth Park in Joplin for the annual Cannabis Revival event.
The Cannabis Revival is one of the largest marijuana law reform rallies in the midwest.Participants are hearing from speakers and listening to band performances.
The main goal for the event is to try to increase public support for taxing and regulating marijuana.
The president of Joplin's NORML chapter says although marijuana needs to be legalized there should also be restrictions.
