    "I don't believe that Missouri drivers as a whole are unsafe drivers in any form or fashion," said Sgt. John Luechenhoff of the Missouri Highway Patrol. The sergeant isn't dismissing a new ranking of states with the worst drivers conducted by financial technology firm SmartAsset, but he feels it doesn't tell the whole story about Missouri.

    With our next wave still planning on sticking around as we head into Thursday, we will keep rain and t-storm chances in the forecast. Thankfully, the setup for Thursday shouldn't allow for any severe weather to pop up around here. The best chances for any severe t-storms will be confined to eastern South Dakota, southwestern Minnesota, and northwestern Iowa.     With our next wave starting to influence us on Wednesday, we'll see an increase in the clouds and some scattered showers return. Even with that in play, we won't have any t-storms to worry about. The same goes for the severe threat. We won't have to worry about any t-storms turning severe or even strong.
