Ingredients
- 4 lb pork roast (boneless works best)
- 2 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions
- Mix ingredients in small bowl.
- Rub meat.
- Wrap securely in foil (this keeps the meat from drying out).
- Place in large crockpot.
- Cook on Low for 8 hours, or on High for 3-4 hours
