Four injured in car crash near Carthage

JASPER COUNTY, MO. - A crash near Carthage sent four people to the hospital over the weekend.

Craig Braun, 18, of Joplin, was driving on Fir Road and tried to pass another vehicle when his car left the road and overturned.  He suffered moderate injuries.

Kendra Bryan, 17, of Reeds, Missouri was taken by LifeFlight to Freeman Hospital.

Robert Braun, 15, and Jonathan Randolph, 21, suffered minor injuries.

Authorities say no one in the car was wearing a seatbelt.
