The Jasper County sheriff's department arrested Debra Joyce Fuller of Duenweg after two witnesses reported seeing her driving erratically and nearly causing a head-on collision.

Deputies say a breath test showed her blood alcohol level to be nearly twice the legal limit.

They say her two young children were not wearing seat belts.

Fuller is charged with driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.
