A man suspected of killing a Kansas college student makes his first court appearance in Butler County.
Israel Mireles is charged with captial murder in the death of Emily Sander, 18.
Authorities say Sander led a secret life as an internet porn model.
Sander's body was found in El Dorado, Kansas in November 2007, six days after she went missing.
Officials arrested Mireles in december on homicide warrant in Mexico.
