Joshua Spires was charged with having sex with an underage girl while he was the pastor at a church in Jay, Oklahoma.

The victim was part of the congregation.

Spires plead guilty and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Ten of those have been suspended, so he will serve ten years in prison.
