Brian Rash is charged with rape and lewd acts with a child.

Court documents detail sexual advances Rash allegedly made a decade ago while teaching music at Wyandotte, Oklahoma.

A former student of Rash claims, from 1999 to 2001, Rash molested him more than 200 times.

Rash had been in custody in Jasper County where he now lives.

On Thursday a judge ordered Rash released to authorities in Ottawa County, Oklahoma.
