
CRAWFORD COUNTY, KAN. - Two vehicles collide head-on, killing one woman and sending another to a hospital.
The crash occurred on Highway 400 in Crawford County, Kansas around 5 o'clock Monday night.
Troopers on the scene say an elderly woman driving west tried to pass a semi.
Her vehicle then hit a Hyundai traveling east head-on.
Troopers say the driver that caused the crash survived and was flown to a hospital.
The driver of the Hyundai, Misty Waun, 30, of Parsons, Kansas, was pronounced dead at the scene.
