Some very special Santa's Helpers got into the Christmas spirit at St. Mary's-Colgan Elementary School in Pittsburg.
The second graders did extra chores to earn $5 each, which was matched by an anonymous donor.
Then the kids took their $10 on a shopping trip to pick out a toy for a child less fortunate.
After their shopping trip Wednesday morning, the second grade students stopped by the KOAM/FOX 14 studios and added their heartfelt purchases to the Toy Box.
