Some students in Oswego are the only group in Kansas to submit their library for a "makeover" contest.
The contest has already received so much attention that the library is now a finalist for the makeover, which would include new computers.
The winner will be determined by the number of votes.
And even though the whole town would benefit it is the kids who gathered the momentum.
"Last time we came to the library to do research there was a huge line," says Eli Clark, a third grade student at Neosho Heights Elementary. "I wasn't very happy."
"I have had one person votes five times and another vote three," says Dani Lewis, also a Neosho Heights third grader.
"We are a really, really, small town and it is big for us to get this," says fifth grader Elijah Elliott.
Right now there are only two computers in the library.
