Former custodian to serve 15 years for raping student - KOAM TV 7

Updated September 10, 2010 12:20 PM CST:  A former janitor at Jay High School in Oklahoma has plead guilty to the rape of a 16-year-old student.

Authorities say Adam Wolf, 45, was hired at the school despite having two felony burglary convictions on his record.

Police say Wolf's victim had been diagnosed with emotional problems and Wolf offered the teen candy and soda to get her alone.

Wolf will serve 15 years in prison.

A former Four State high school custodian has been arrested and charged in the rape of a 16 year old student.

Adam Wolfe, 45, worked at the Jay, Oklahoma high school.

He faces four counts of second degree rape, three counts of rape by instrumentation, three counts of sexual battery and three counts of forcible sodomy.

School officials say he had been suspended from his job but has since resigned.

He is being held on a $580,000 bail.
