    According to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, the two-vehicle crash happened at NW 100th and Highway 160 west of Columbus, Kansas around 9:59 a.m. Friday morning, July 20th, 2018. Authorities say the preliminary investigation indicates a 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle was heading west on Highway 160 when a 2007 Pontiac passenger car pulled onto the highway and the two vehicles collided. 42-year-old David Brewer was driving the motorcycle.     Parsons Police Department is investigating a case of an unresponsive toddler. According to media release officers were called to 2515 Stevens for a two year old female child who was unresponsive.  Police say the investigation is active and ongoing.  KOAM/FOX14 reached out to Parsons Police Department to answer questions about the child's condition,  they are not answering questions or releasing further details of the investigation at this time.
