- ½ cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup soy flour blend
- ½ cup baking cocoa
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Milk chocolate candy kisses
- Blend margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in soy flour blend, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Fill paper lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
- Turn a chocolate kiss up-side down and press into center of each cupcake.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen cupcakes.
