Blueberry cream

1. Mix about 1/2 cup of raw milk with 2 tablespoons of honey – more or less to taste to suit your sweet tooth.
2. Pack a cup with frozen blueberries and pour mixture into the cup up to the bottom of the top layer of berries.
3. Wait 3 or 4 minutes until milk ices up.
