- Sliced tomatoes or quartered smaller variety tomato
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Basil leaves, chopped
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced
- Garlic cloves
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Toast bread slices in oven until crisp.
- Rub garlic clove over toasted bread slices.
- Slice tomatoes.
- Top with chopped basil & mozzarella cheese
- Drizzle tomatoes with olive oil & balsamic vinegar
- Season tomatoes with salt and pepper as desired
- Serve on toasted bread
