
MISSION VIEJO, Calif. — The Pitt State men's golf team finished in 14th place among 14 competing schools at the Southern California Intercollegiate Championships Tuesday (Mar. 22).
The Gorillas posted rounds of 339, 349 and 336 to complete 54 holes of competition with a 1,024 team score. Central Oklahoma won the meet with an 884 score.
Garrett Fowler paced Pitt State with a 252 score, posting rounds of 87, 84 and 81. He finished in a tie for 58th place among individuals. Seth Rhodes placed in a tie for 60th place with a 253 score (82-86-85).
Pitt State will return to action Mar. 28-29 by competing at the William Woods Invitational at Fulton, Mo.
