LINDSBORG, Kan. — The Pitt State baseball team posted a 13-10 victory over Bethany Tuesday (Mar. 22). The two teams met in a single nine-inning contest rather than a doubleheader as originally scheduled.
Caleb Gress (2-0) earned the victory on the mound for the Gorillas, who improved to 8-10 overall.
Additional game details will be updated later Tuesday.
The Gorillas return to action by hosting Southwest Baptist in a four-game MIAA weekend series Friday and Saturday (Mar. 25-26). The team teams will met at 3 p.m. (CDT) Friday at Al Ortolani Field, before wrapping up the series with a 1 p.m. twinbill Saturday.
