Good Tuesday morning. The weather has been great for the past few days. I hope you have gotten a chance to get outside and enjoy it. We set record highs over the weekend. Yesterday was into the upper 60s, and the next couple of days will be into the 70s. You can't beat that. I am hoping to get a few things done outside, even though I have to work. My son and I need to run a few errons this morning, then off to work. However, he loves to play outside so I can get a few things done. I just have to make sure he doesn't run off, loll.
The weather today looks great again with high pressure in charge. It will start to slip to the east today and we will see a light southerly wind by the afternoon hours. The southerly winds will pick up a bit by Wednesday. This will help the highs get up into the middle 70s by Wednesday. Our next system moves in on Thursday. Let me show you what I am looking at.
Our upper level wave is rolling in. I think we will be into the 70s for highs and we could have PM thunderstorms. We will have to watch for a severe threat on Thursday afternoon.
Here is a look at the thunderstorms popping up Thursday afternoon. Now by Friday, temperatures cool down. We could see a few scattered showers, but much colder air moving in.
This show highs into the lower 50s on Friday and that may be a stretch. We could see a freeze Friday night, so a lot to watch. Another wave will affect us on Sunday and then again next Tuesday and Wednesday. Here is your updated 7-day forecast.
Your long range forecast is updated below. Have a great Tuesday everyone,
Doug

But we will see chances for thunderstorms again on Saturday and Sunday.
