Andy Hogenmiller tied for 61st after first round of NCAA Super Regional

GEORGETOWN, Ky. -- Missouri Southern junior Andy Hogenmiller shot a first-round 76 and is tied for 61st after day one of the NCAA Division II Super Regional held at Cherry Blossom Golf Club in Georgetown, Ky. 

Hogenmiller is one of eight individuals competing in the event that pitts teams from both the Central and South Central Regions up against each other for chances to go to the NCAA Division II Championships.

He was at one over at the turn and two over through 13, but bogeys on two of his final three holes gave him a four-over 76 on the day. 

Hogenmiller will tee off tomorrow morning at 8:20 am on hole No. 10 for round two of the tournament with a third round to be played on Wednesday.
