Total Time: 4 hours

1 large roast
10 peeled potatoes
2 bags small carrots
1 large onion

4 cans cream of mushroom soup

Brown roast in skillet and place in large foil pan, because once cooked coke hard to clean off pan.

Fill half way up roast.

Cook at 350 for an hour.

Turn roast over, cook another hour. Add more coke if needed.

Add peeled potatoes, carrots, onion and salt and pepper.

Cook 1 to 2 hours more hours stirring every 30 min.

Add more coke or water if evaporated.

Remove from oven.

In separate pan or bowl, add cream of mushroom soup and add half can coke roast juice to each can of soup, or less if you want thicker gravy, then heat.

Have plenty of dinner rolls ready.

Servings: 6 to 10 people

Comments: Can use 7 up if don't want as sweet tasting.
