Missing Golden City, Missouri girl found in Delaware

Reported August 2, 2011 at 1:35 PM CST:  The Barton County Sheriff's Office has canceled an Endangered Person Advisory issued yesterday for a 15 year old girl from Golden City, Missouri.

Authorities say Jasper Fern Nelson, 15, was located in Delaware unharmed.

Authorities also located David W. Plummer, 25.  He is in custody and charges are expected to be filed once he is back in Missouri.

Reported August 1, 2011 at 12:55 PM CST:  The Missouri State Highway Patrol, a division of the Department of Public Safety, has issued an "Endangered Person Advisory."

The Barton County Sheriff's Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory
for a missing person incident that occurred at 1108 Hicks Road in Golden
City, MO at 7:00 a.m. on 07/31/2011.

Missing Is:
Jasper Fern Nelson, a white female, age 15.

Vehicle Information:
Blue 2008 Hyundai Sonata bearing MO, PD1J1J last seen in Golden City.

Possible suspects or associates are believed to be:
David W. Plummer, a white male, age 25, height 509, 140 pounds, brown hair,
brown eyes, fair complexion, wearing unknown clothing.

The endangered missing person:
Jasper Fern Nelson, is a white female, age 15, height 504, 110 pounds, brown
hair, brown eyes, fair complexion, with no physical marks, wearing unknown
clothing.

The juvenile victim and her brown 4-pound Palm-chi dog left with Plummer on
07/31/2011 in an unknown direction of travel.  Plummer has a history of
mental disorders and has told family members he wants to "get a gun and
shoot anyone who gets in his way." The vehicle belongs to the juvenile
victim's father.  She also possesses a debit card that belongs to her
family.  Plummer has an undetermined amount of cash.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone
having any information related to the endangered missing person should
immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call
Barton County at 417-682-5515.
