An approaching low pressure system and warm front will bring good chances for showers and storms tomorrow. As the low gets closer Monday late afternoon into evening we will see rain chances go up. The warm front will move over and make for a hot week ahead. Temperatures will likely reach triple digits around here on Wednesday.

 Next week:

This should be an interesting week.  I was talking about the cold front at the beginning of the week and what will it do.  Latest indications are that is will slide through.  If this occurs, we will have chances for showers on Monday and Tuesday and much cooler temperatures for the rest of the week.  I wouldn't mind this happening.  Rain chances will return by late in the week with another front pushing through.

Severe threat:  Slight(Monday & Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)

August 28th-September 3rd:

Mild to warm temperatures at the beginning of the week.  We need to watch and see what waves set up just east of us.  It is possible to have some tropical moisture and upper level waves set up across the east 1/3rd of the country.  If this occurs, we will see the nice temperatures sticking around for the beginning of the week.  Also we will see rain chances all week long as fronts stall near the area.  I do think temperatures will warm a bit though through the week.

Severe threat:  Slight(through the week)

September 4th-10th:

Temperatures will heat up right at the beginning of the week.  In fact this could be pretty warm stretch of weather for us.  We will see slight chances for rain early in the week.  Then again from Thursday through Saturday as another wave passes through.  I expect warm temperatures all week long.

Severe threat:  Slight(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday)

 September 11th-17th:

Temperatures heating up again early in the week with dry conditions.  In fact most of the week should end up being dry.  Temperatures a little cooler towards the weekend.
