- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 slices about 1/8' of ginger root, minced
- 5 bunches baby boc choy, cut cross-wise into 1-1 1/2 inch strips
- La Choy Stir Fry sauce
- Saute garlic and ginger in peanut or vegetable oil.
- Add boc choy and saute until reduced to about half (about 5 minutes).
- Add sauce and saute till cooked to your taste (1 or 2 more minutes).
