Boc Choy Philip (aired 10/21/2011)

Ingredients

 

  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 slices about 1/8' of ginger root, minced
  • 5 bunches baby boc choy, cut cross-wise into 1-1 1/2 inch strips
  • La Choy Stir Fry sauce

 

Directions

 

  1. Saute garlic and ginger in peanut or vegetable oil.
  2. Add boc choy and saute until reduced to about half (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add sauce and saute till cooked to your taste (1 or 2 more minutes).
