Parsons man pleads no contest in home invasion

PARSONS, KANSAS -

Updated February 24, 2012:  A Parsons, Kansas man pleads no contest in a home invasion case.

The kidnapping charge has been dropped as part of his plea and he was convicted of the other three counts.

The case is related to two home invasions in Labette County.  Odom only took part in one.

Kenneth Riley, 46, is the alleged mastermind of both home invasions.  His preliminary hearing will continue on May 10.
