Koster files suit against construction company

The Missouri Attorney General claims a construction company failed to come through on services to tornado victims.

Chris Koster today filed suit against ABP Quality Construction out of Branson West.

He says after homeowners paid tens of thousands of dollars for repair supplies the company stopped working on the homes before the job was finished and did not deliver the supplies.

Koster is seeking a restraining order and restitution for customers.
