A Kansas recycling center gives books another chance. In celebration of Earth Day this weekend Southeast Kansas Recycling is having a used book sale.
All books are being sold for 25 cents or less. They have books for all ages in dozens of different categories.
All proceeds will go to promote recycling in southeast Kansas, but before the books go to the recycling they hope someone will give them one last read.
The book sale is taking place Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Southeast Kansas Recycling Center at 615 South Joplin Street in Pittsburg.
