Authorities say a body found Saturday morning in Grand Lake near Fairland, Oklahoma has been turned over to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy and official identification.

Authorities had been searching the water for Mitchel Ray Cunningham, 32 of Fairland, since Wednesday.

Witnesses told authorities that Cunningham jumped off a boat dock into floodwaters at Twin Bridges State Park on Grand Lake.

Cunningham's sister says he had a few beers before going to the river with his fiance on Wednesday.  Family members say Cunningham wanted to go swimming and jumped off a boat dock, despite warnings from his fiance.

Nearby campers heard someone yell "help" twice.

The body found was discovered by a resident about 20 miles downstream from the state park.

Authorities say the body matches the description of Cunningham and that they've stopped their search for him.
