Neosho Safe Kids Day held

The Safe Kids Day was held today in Neosho, Missouri, sponsored by the Newton County Health Department and the Jasper-Newton Counties Safe Kids Coalition.

Parents were able to get their children's fingerprints and a photo ID.

There were also safety demonstrations and a handful of kids games, activities and prizes.

"We happen to have this every year for 15 years and it is just a fun day for everybody to come out and participate in all the fun activities - we focus on safety," says Pam Link of the Newton County Health Department.
