Thomas wins his second outdoor award in as many seasons after guiding Lincoln to its second consecutive MIAA women's outdoor title.

The 2012 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships are set to take place May 24-26 at Neta and Eddie DeRose ThunderBowl in Pueblo, Colo.
