Tire collection scheduled for Friday for Jasper County residents

News release from the Jasper County Highway Department:

Friday June 1st  2012 there will be a tire collection for the residents of Jasper County. The collection is sponsored by Jasper County Commission, Jasper County Highway Department, through a grant from Region M Waste Management.

Tires will be accepted from 7:00am to 5:00pm Friday June 1st  2012 at the Jasper County Highway Dept. 125 N River Carthage Mo. Car, truck and tractor tires will be accepted. Pickup truck sized tires and smaller will be accepted with rims.

Twenty five car and pickup truck sized tires per house hold, any tires larger than pickup truck size will count as five.

Businesses are not allowed.
