Ribbon cutting at Kannarr Eye Center

The Kannarr Eye Center celebrated its ribbon cutting today in the presence of city officials and business owners in Pittsburg.

In the last year the Center has doubled in size and increased their range of visual and medical services.

"This is home and this is an area that we want to see grow and improve, and not only our professional lives, we spend a lot of our personal life being involved in community groups and to see people recognizing that and coming out today is a great feeling," says optometrist Shane Kannarr.  "It really reinforces that sense of home and family that this area brings."

Some of these services include diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, infections, ocular degeneration and post op cataract care.
