Four arrested in two separate counterfeit operations - KOAM TV 7

Four people are now in custody in connection with two separate counterfeit operations.

Sarah Burton, Stephanie Burton, and Mark Perez were all arrested and charged with forgery in a Noel, Missouri counterfeiting scheme.

The Noel marshal's office busted the suspected forgery ring last week spreading counterfeit bills from Joplin to Arkansas.  Authorities confiscated several thousand dollars.

Authorities also arrested Merillee Henderson in a counterfeiting scheme in Grove, Oklahoma.  She is awaiting charges but was also charged with drug crimes after police found meth.
