Man in custody for Delaware County stabbing

A man is arrested in Springdale, Arkansas in connection with a stabbing in Delaware County, Oklahoma.

Jose Lopez, 36, was arrested for stabbing his ex-girlfriend, Mindy Baccanigera, who is the mother of his child.

Lopez was identified and transported to the Washington County jail in Arkansas and is charged with attempted murder.

His bond is set at $100,000 and he will be transported to Delaware County, Oklahoma in a few days.
