Four treated and released; one in fair condition after Tuesday's fatal Pineville crash

Updated July 19 at 12:30 PM CST:  Officials tell us Dakota Osborn, 19 of Carl Junction, is in fair condition at a Fayetteville hospital.

William Moore, 22 of Baxter Springs, was treated and released at a hospital in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Updated July 18 at 8:45 PM CST:  Freeman Hospital tells us Cory Miller, Austin Osborn and Austin Webb have all been treated and released.

Posted July 18, 2012 at 5:08 PM CST:  Cody Miller, 18 of Webb City is dead after a vehicle he was driving failed to stop and struck a rock bluff on Highway EE at US 71 in Pineville, Missouri.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says the crash occurred Tuesday at about 3:40 p.m.

Cory Miller, 17 of Webb City; Austin Osborn, 17 of Carl Junction; and, Austin Webb, 17 of Joplin, were all taken by ambulance to a Joplin hospital.

William Moore, 22 of Baxter Springs, was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Dakota Osborn, 19 of Carl Junction, was lifeflighted to a Fayetteville hospital.

Police say none of the men were wearing seat belts.
