Mulberry burglary suspect sought

Statement from the Crawford County Sheriff's Office:

On July 24th, 2012 at 1830hrs. the Crawford County Sheriffs Office was notified of an aggravated burglary that occurred in the 1100 block of East 670th street (northwest of Mulberry, Kansas).

The victim, a 66 year old female, reported that a white male kicked in her back door; brandished a hand gun, then took her purse and fled. 

The suspect is described as a white male possibly in his early 40's, 5'6" to 5'7" tall, very thin build possibly 130lbs with black hair and chin hair.  The suspect was wearing blue jeans with holes in them and no shirt.  He had numerous tattoos on his chest, stomach, arms and back. 

The victim was not hurt during this incident.  Anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to call the Crawford County Sheriffs Office at 620-724-8274.
