Mandatory water conservation for Seneca

Updated:

Due to the drought, effective Monday, the City of Seneca, Missouri will be instituting "mandatory water conservation procedures" according to a statement sent to news media.

"Please conserve as much water as possible and do not water gardens, lawns or flowers between the hours of 8 am until 5 am until further notice..."
