ACLU files suit aimed at Missouri's Right to Pray amendment

The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit aimed at Missouri's new Right to Pray amendment.

The ACLU is trying to block its implementation arguing that it does not give inmates the same prayer rights as others.

A section of the amendment says the religious rights of inmates are limited to federal law.

More than 87% of voters supported the amendment Tuesday.
