Bullying prevention hotline announced

Kansas announced a new bullying prevention hotline today.

It's designed to help young people overcome feeling embarrassed or ashamed about being bullied.

Trained volunteers and professionals will staff a 24-hour hotline where someone being bullied can voice their concerns and find resources for help and support.

The hotline number is 1-800-CHILDREN.
