Pittsburg State named one of the Midwest best colleges

The Princeton Review, an education services company, named Pittsburg State University one of 153 colleges recommended in the Best of the Midwest region.

The Review noted Pitt State's small class sizes and "big university" campus atmosphere as well as its location in a safe and affordable community.

"It's great to be able to see yourself as one of the Best in the Midwest by the Princeton Review, it's just wonderful," says Chris Kelly, PSU's Associate Vice President of Marketing and Communication.  "Not only do I work here but I'm a graduate as well, so double amount of pride."

Pitt State has been named to this list in years past.
