Plane crash victims identified

Updated:

A small plane crashed north of Willard, Missouri just after midnight Saturday, killing all five people on board.

Authorities identified the victims as John Lambert, 44 of Springfield, and his two sons and daughter, Grayson, McKinley and Joshua Lambert, and a friend of the family, Robin Melton, 46 of Ozark.

A family friend says the group was flying back from a Kansas City Royals baseball game.

Officers say all five people died when the 2002 Cirrus SR22 went down.

It may have been en route to the Springfield-Branson National Airport, which is about five miles away.
