The architects of Joplin's temporary high school win a national award for its design.
The 2012 cefpi James d. Macconnell award went to Corner-Greer architects and DLR group.

Chad Greer says the award recognizes comprehensive planning for educational facilities, in this case ,at the 11-12 campus.

The award exemplifies a belief that great schools begin with communication and planning.
The architects involved students and the community in planning the interim high school at the mall.
