Kansas gets $1.7M for technology education research

More than $9.9 million in grants have been awarded to three states for improving academic assessments.

Kansas is among the states getting money from the U.S. Department of Education.  They will receive about $1.7 million.

Those funds will be used to fund research on the accessibility of technology-enhanced assessments for students with vision and/or motor disabilities.
