Bridgett Henn
Cherokee County, Kansas authorities arrest a Nebraska fugitive suspected of trying to kidnap a woman in a stolen car over the weekend.
Saturday evening a deputy saw a car turn quickly into the R&J Convenience Store in northern Cherokee County after the driver saw the deputy.
When a registration check showed the car was stolen out of Nebraska authorities arrested Bridgett Henn for driving a stolen vehicle.
Henn had been on the run from Nebraska and federal authorities since August 1. She and another woman, Tabitha Eddy, allegedly attacked and tried to kidnap a woman.
Both had been described as armed and dangerous, however, Henn was not armed when arrested.
Eddy was not with Henn and is not believed to be in the area.
