Zora Street closed for construction

A section of Zora Street in Joplin closed today for construction.

The street from Upland Road to Main Street could be closed until May according to the Missouri Department of Transportation.

Crews are working to connect Zora Street on the west side of Main Street to a new interchange under construction on Main Street.

Detour signs are up for drivers to get around the closure.
