Royal Thai Consul-General visits Missouri Southern

The Royal Thai Consul-General visited the Missouri Southern State University campus on Monday in recognition of the university's Thailand semester.

He toured the campus and attended Thailand semester presentations.

General Songphol Sukchan of the Royal Thai Consul represents Thailand in many states including all of the Four States.

"Today the world is small and it's getting to know each other, and it's to have a better understanding so we learn about our culture," says Sukchan. "We exchange the contact with different people to have better understandings so we can coordinate more and to have more cooperation."

MSSU will hold an international film festival on Tuesday focusing on Thailand.
