A Joplin Man Pleads Guilty to Sexual Misconduct with a Minor

Joplin resident, 44 year old Geoff Gilstrap pleads guilty to sexual misconduct with an 11 year old girl.

The Joplin man pleaded guilty to a reduced charge and was given a 1 year suspended sentence and 2 years probation.

Gilstrap will have to complete a sex offender treatment program and register as a sex offender, he was placed on probation.
