Furniture store makes donation to Joplin's Ronald McDonald House

Joplin's Ronald McDonald House gets a check courtesy of a furniture store and its customers.

The first Friday of each month Ashley Furniture Homestore asks customers to donate $20 to a designated charity.

The store then matches the donation and gives customers a discount on their purchases.

Ronald McDonald House was the designated charity for August and on Monday the store gave them a check for $1,360.
