
1 lb Velveeta
1 10 oz Can Breast of Chicken with Rib Meat (drained)
1 15 oz Can Seasoned Black Beans (rinse and drained)
1 Tbsp. Chopped Jalapeno's
1 Teaspoon Lime juice
1 10 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Chilies (undrained)
½ Cup Salsa (whatever your favorite might be)
½ Cup Sour Cream
Add everything except sour cream to a crockpot; once cheese is melted add sour cream. Ready to eat and enjoy!
If you prefer your cheese dip a little hotter you can always add additional jalapenos or use medium or hot salsa; adding some of the juice from the jalapeno's always adds a little heat as well. This dip is wonderful over chips, taco salad, enchiladas or burritos. Be prepared to be stuffed because you won't be able to stop eating it.
